• Any amendment or cancellation made 3 days prior to check-in date will not be charged. Deposit for at least one night might be required to guarantee your reservation at that point of time.
• Check-in time at 14:00 or sooner, Check-out time at 12:00.
• Late check-out: 12:00 - 18:00 is subject to 50% room change for 1 night staying. After 18:00, full night charge is applied.
• Reserved room will be held until 18:00 on the arrival date, unless guarantee by credit card or special arrangement are made.

Our Grand Bungalow, inspired by the rounded edges and timeless quality of a traditional Lac Viet house, has a slightly curved roof engraved on an ancient brass drum. You will find the thatched bamboo roof and sweeping design of the interior equally impressive.

Xua Restaurant (6am to 10 pm) A boutique and warm restaurant serving authentic European and Asian dishes for lunch or dinner.

Oceania Restaurant (6am to 10 pm) A 250 seat beach-front restaurant serving seafood and Vietnamese dishes for lunch or dinner plus an extensive Breakfast Buffet from 6:30 am to 9:30 am.

Pool Bar & Café (7am to 11 pm) place to relax with drinks and snack with an over look to the pool and ocean..

Basement Bar (7am to 12 pm): night relax with drinks, billiards, karaoke
